Defibrillator Ready to Save Lives
There are two defibrillators available in the Village, one at the Village Hall in Kimpton Lane and the other at the Welcome Stranger pub in Down Road.

How to use the defibrillator:
The defibrillator is inside a locked box and can only be accessed by a code given to you by a 999 operator – so dial 999 first.
The patient is not to be left alone, so get a neighbour or friend in whilst you retrieve the defibrillator from the box.
The unit is battery operated and the instruction on what to do is with the pack. You will also have a voice from the unit that will tell you what to do.
These events are stressful but the clear instruction should enable you to perform what is required.
