Kimpton Parish Council review planning applications at our Parish meetings in order to give the opportunity for the community to be aware of, review and discuss all Planning Applications received for the village of Kimpton. You are welcome to come along.

If applications are received that cannot be added to the meeting agenda, we will hold Extra-Ordinary meetings to review. Full details of these meetings will be published.

If you are planning to make any changes to your home or property we recommend that before you start you have a word with one of your local Parish Councillors. They are able to give friendly, unbiased and productive help. You may also like to visit the Planning Portal on the TVBC website.

PLANNING  REVIEW TRACKER:  We keep a record of all applications reviewed by the Parish Council.  The formal response to each application is contained within the minutes of the meeting date. 

Separate scheduled meetings for Planning Reviews are no longer held unless there is a requirement to hold an extra-ordinary meeting. All meetings and agenda will be published on the web site pages
